Our crew set up directly at the Microsoft headquarters, located in the vibrant Urban Escape district of central Stockholm. Introduced by this project’s Executive Producer Zhanyi Xing, the production was brought to life through the creative vision of our resident Photographer, Shawn Ho, and the expert touch of our professional Makeup Artist, Vivienne.

The Art of the Corporate Portrait
Traditional corporate photography often falls into the trap of feeling sterile or overly rigid. Shawn’s photographic approach actively breaks this mold.
Rather than using a plain, blank backdrop, Shawn utilized the beautifully designed interior of the Microsoft office. By positioning the subjects in front of the iconic wooden slats and the illuminated "Microsoft" signage, the background serves as a subtle, branded environment. Utilizing a shallow depth of field, the background softly blurs into an elegant bokeh. This keeps the viewer's absolute focus on the individual while anchoring them firmly within their corporate culture. More than this, Shawn also blended the ambient, warm tones of the Urban Escape office with controlled, diffused studio strobes. This technique eliminates harsh shadows and creates a flattering, natural glow on the skin.
