1) How much does a corporate portrait session cost?

At Film8, we’re creators, not intermediaries — which means there are no agency markups, and our rates are often more affordable than most studios in Sweden.

Our pricing is mainly based on the number of people being photographed. For example, a session for a team of five typically costs around SEK 8,000 (VAT not included), while a team of ten is about SEK 12,000 (VAT not included). Larger teams or sessions requiring multiple setups can be customized based on your company’s needs.

2) What’s the difference between a corporate portrait and a headshot?

A headshot is a clean, close-up image for profiles like LinkedIn or Teams. A corporate portrait goes further—showing more of your environment, personality, and brand. At Film8 (Stockholm), we create both depending on your goals.

3) Where do sessions take place?

We shoot at our studio in Stockholm or on-location across Sweden—your office, a conference venue, or outdoors for a Scandinavian look. We bring compact lighting so we don’t interrupt your workday.

4) How long does a session take?

Team days: 10–20 minutes per person with a consistent setup that matches your brand guidelines.

5) Do you offer same-day selection and fast delivery?

Yes. You’ll receive a same-day proof gallery to pick favorites. Retouched images are delivered within a few business days.

6) Is retouching included? What’s your style?

Yes. Yes—natural, business-appropriate retouching: color balance, skin cleanup, flyaway hair, lint removal, and gentle contrast. We avoid heavy “plastic” effects so you look like your best self.

7) Can you match our brand look?

Absolutely. We tailor backgrounds, lighting, and color.

8) Do you provide hair & makeup?

On request, we book trusted partners for natural corporate styling. It shortens retouch time and ensures a consistent look across teams.
