Film8 producerade Fabriques höst-/vinterkampanj 2026 i Stockholm
In September 2026, Film8 delivered a full fashion photography and videography production for Fabrique’s Autumn/Winter 2026 collection in Stockholm, Sweden.
From the earliest pre-production conversations through to the final two shooting days, Film8 producers Shawn and Zhanyi were deeply involved in planning, coordinating, and executing the campaign. Our role covered creative logistics, location management, crew coordination, casting support, transport, weather planning, and on-set production management—while keeping the project within the client’s budget.
Building the right creative team
Fashion campaigns depend on bringing the right specialists together around a clear visual direction. For the fashion videography element, we collaborated with ROCKSON STHLM. Film8’s in-house Art Director, Koi, also took on an active role in the fashion videography work, helping ensure the moving-image content aligned with the campaign’s overall visual world.
For casting, we worked with Kult, Mikas, Le Management, and Select Model Management to find four models who suited the collection and the brand’s intended tone.
We also partnered with Lundlund to source an excellent beauty and styling team, including the hair and makeup artist, hair and makeup assistant, and wardrobe assistant. Alongside this, we assembled a dependable logistics team through Film8’s local network, ensuring that production needs were covered across both shooting days.
Location scouting across Stockholm
Shawn and Zhanyi also served as location managers for the project. The two-day shoot required a varied selection of places that could communicate Fabrique’s distinct Autumn/Winter mood while remaining practical for a fashion production.
We secured several Stockholm city locations that matched the brand’s aesthetic, as well as Nabben Retreat, a designer Airbnb located outside the city. The production also included a rented boat and a Volvo 240, both selected to support the visual storytelling of the campaign.
Weather was a central consideration throughout the planning process. The photographer had specific requirements for different scenes, so we carefully adjusted the shooting order to make the best use of the forecast and each location’s conditions.
Creating an autumn atmosphere in Stockholm in September presented another creative challenge. Although the campaign was for Autumn/Winter, Stockholm was still in late summer, with much of the vegetation remaining green. For the outdoor scenes, we selected locations with naturally yellow grass and evergreen trees—details that could suggest an autumnal palette even before the season had fully arrived.
Adapting to a storm on day one
The first shooting day coincided with a seasonal storm in Stockholm. Strong wind and rain created real limitations, but preparation made a meaningful difference. Our team had arranged waterproof covers, rain gear, and protective equipment in advance, allowing the crew to continue working safely and protect the equipment and wardrobe.
Even with these precautions, the storm slowed the schedule. After discussing the situation with the photographer, we made the decision to remove several scenes from the plan while protecting the scenes that mattered most creatively. This helped the team stay focused and preserve the photographer’s priority images rather than attempting to complete every planned setup under compromised conditions.
Solving remote-location logistics on day two
The weather improved dramatically on the second day, bringing ideal shooting conditions. However, the more remote location introduced a different challenge: logistics.
With the cast and crew working away from central Stockholm, reliable food, refreshments, transport, and on-set support required careful coordination. By mobilising our logistics team and planning supplies in advance, we ensured that meals and tea breaks were fully prepared for everyone on set.
A well-supported crew is essential to a successful production day. Keeping people comfortable, fed, and informed allowed the creative team to stay focused on the work in front of the camera. Here, we want to give our special thanks to the dedicated crew:

Film8 welcomes Swedish and international brands, agencies, and production partners looking to create commercial photography, fashion videography, TVCs, and other campaign content across Stockholm, Sweden, and the wider Nordic region.
